Avoid this place at all costs!!! It is a scam! There are way better gyms in town at way better prices. Plus they also have supervisors to help, unlike GB3. I was told I need to speak to George because he's the only one higher than them. Ridiculous! If you see this George, call me I guess What a crappy business. Again, avoid at all costs!!

Very helpful, emailed Kim H and responded and resolved the situation within 24hrs. Couldnt be any happier with the way she represented GB3 as a company.

Cancelled my membership before I was set to be charged for another month, and my cancellation was not processed in time, so they charged me for another month again! I called and spoke with Jennifer and she basically told me too bad, that it was in my contract that I had to cancel and leave enough time for them to process it. What an absolute joke. I dont even live in the state any more and Im still being charged. The manager, Christine, told me that it would be no problem, and that if I was charged, they would refund it no problem, but upon calling corporate, Jennifer was insanely rude and basically told me there was no way I was getting a refund. So glad to have left this rude, crowded, filthy gym behind.
