No help from any of the employees! They don't show you how the machines work or how you should be doing them for the best workout. Don't bother to ask any questions they will not help you and don't have time for you only if your willing to pay extra $$$$ The only way your going to get any help or suggestions is if you pay for trainer for sessions. They say they are trainers but they probably took a 3 hour course on line and seem to think they are qualified experts now (some look like they should be out there working out with me). Not one of those damn people are helpful they are lazy and just sit in the office all together and talk and BS they don't even walk about boosting moral. Worthless bunch... all of them! Don't understand why Corporate doesn't come in and clean house can't believe they actually pay these people to stand around and do nothing! Thought when your paying for a membership some expertise and guidance would come along with it.

Seems like a good place at first. Don't be fooled though cause once they have sucked you in they will not hesitate to steal your money. So many hidden fees that they never mention at all even if you have asked them about it they won't say a thing about these fees. If you don't want to get robbed then staying away from this place would be a smart decision

Just try to quit the gym. You can call them and tell them to cancel your membership. No way. They keep sending you bills. Don't use the place for over a year. Still sends a bill. Send them a letter. They say they never received it. They want you to walk in and fill out one of their forms. Then they lose it and keep billing you. BEWARE!!!

Great place to stay in shape and work out. All the staff are helpful! Clean and modern equipment. I only pay $10 a month and now you can afford to get fit!
