If you need a realtor who means business about finding you the home YOU like (even in this insane seller's market!), go with Roger Ma! This is the second time we've used him for a home purchase and both times, we were up against a hard deadline. The first time, I was 6 months pregnant and was living with my parents during my husband's deployment. He was able to find us a great place in our price range in a nice area in less than a month! This time around, the market is very different. Still, Roger worked day and night to stay in constant contact with us, showed us countless homes with a smile on his face and honest information every time, and was able to connect us to an awesome lender to get the job down! My husband deploys against in just 9 days and we just closed on our home this past week! I know I can trust Roger when I'm in a pinch! When properties were questionable (unlicensed casita, not a good value for the money, etc.) Roger was upfront each time instead of just trying to push the sale. My husband and I have had enough experiences with sleazy realtors who just try to poach clients from one another or push you into a sale, but Roger stands out as an honest, hardworking, available, and very knowledgeable agent. We won't go with anyone else!
