      image Adequate staffing compared to another Chula Vista independent UC. Attentive, responsive and caring staff made for a easy and comfortable visit. Got in out just a little over an hour vs a 2 hour wait elsewhere.

      image Your website states Sharp Rees-Stealy accepts TriCare Prime. When, in fact, you do not. We had an appointment to meet with one of your doctors because we wanted to change our PCM. However, the morning of our appointment (30 minutes before), we received a call stating there was an issue with our medical insurance. Since we were already at the site, we proceeded to the check-in desk where we were advised that our insurance, TriCare Prime, is not accepted. The clerk at the desk was friendly and apologetic but was not aware that the website is incorrect.
