        I had a positive experience. I'm not sure why they've received all the bad reviews. I was seen relatively quickly. Nurse Rhoni and Dr Einstein were polite and professional. I was referred downstairs for an ultrasound and seen again to review the results, without any major waiting time. No testicular cancer, yay! The place is clean and modern. It was honestly a positive experience.

        I just wanted to share with a great experience I had at the Chula Vista San Ysidro Urgent care. I'm legally blind and unfortunately, haven't had a good experience at other places. I just want to say Dr. Juan Tovar's staff was wonderful from check in until I was done. Thank you so much for treating me with kindness when I wasn't feeling good.
