        The worst customer service!Do not go to the store.I came to add a new phone,they are races.They told me I have to do everything online. I bought the unlock phone from iPhone store,they told me my phone is not unlock,they can’t add the sim card.they send me all the way to the iPhone store and turn out the phone is unlocked. I try to call them back,they hung me off.

        DO NOT VISIT THE STORE. Call customer service first. You might think that the problem / activation / upgrade will be handled better in person but think again. Expect to spend 30-45 minutes in the store only to be told that you need to call customer service to have the issue resolved.
