I have a bedbug problem and the landlord is trying to stick me with the exterminator bill. do not come live in the apartments. Its is unsanitary and unhealthy. pretty old apartment where management is doing the bare minimum ti upkeep.

The only reason I liked this location was the fact they had a garage option as one of your two designated spots but that was it. It's a not so classy section of town, your parking spot suits a door sedan, anything bigger has a multi point turn to park. If you are unlucky enough to recieve a lower level unit facing the freeway you will experience the constant trolly noises every 7 minutes on average or the motorcycles gunning the transition ramp from the 5 north to the 54. 24 hours a day. The single pane windows you're graced with do nothing for the noise in the off chance you have them closed. Other things like the entire apartment on one circuit are always appreciated, don't bother vacuuming and having your spouse turn the microwave on. Neither will get very far. The jacuzzi has been under demolition for literally the last 6 months, hadn't worked for the entire 18 months I lived there. 3 washers and 2 dilapidated dryers on site are questionable and overused, and one community grill that's pretty much layered in cooking debris. Mailboxes. They are broken into multiple times a year, so check it daily. The gate also likes to shut down and lock you in despite getting out and clicking your garage door opener for it. Always a pleasure there too. They WILL take your for a financial ride too, if you don't document via photos every single flaw (which there are many) you'll end up 4-5 hundred out of your deposit. Don't do it.

Have family of 4 (2 kids) and lived here for almost half a year and love it. Very safe and quiet. Manager is very nice and attentive to tenant needs. Rent is very reasonable for these large units with patio/balcony. Very grateful!

soon moving. cannot wait till my least is up.... I have been living here for three years and in those three years this complex has gone thought 4 property managers, that should say something. we pay 1,150$ for two bedrooms two bathrooms with a balcony "private parking" on site laundry and "Jacuzzi". I will elaborate why i put quotes on private parking and jacuzzi. The door that is suppose to keep thief and bums out of the area does not work. anyone can enter. there in so security on site. there have been a robbery perpetrated to one of the vehicles before. I found a bum garbage diving which was completely unsanitary. I still dont understand why in the least it says all tenants are paying for a jacuzzi when that area does not work. the management made my roommate move his vehicle even when that was his assign parking. just because he wanted the spot and it was more convenient for him.
