South Bay Towers Apartments

We live there through 3 managers so we saw a lot. And these are my opinions and experiences, as well as why others left. The tentants who live there now seem to have no expectations. You would have to kick them out in order for the to leave. Basically they just don't care. The good? The bad..trash cans over fill all the time Parking next to the trash cans People parking in your spot all the time Fights.....fights Noisy people who don't care People hitting your car & not saying anything People hitting cars Dirty pool No sauna Old old playground that is outdated and/or not very safe No street parking Problems with street parking Parking tickets Having only one space Tennant with more than 2 cars Living on the same small street with 3 other apts & a trailer park Stealing Thieves around you Condemned buildings No upgrades High rent I'll stop there. Again people who may live there, this may be the only place they can get. Also there could be other factors? I'm not saying anything about management because it's about the owners not the landlord. They are in my opinion just a YES person.

No stars this place will take your money and fill your place with roaches and pretend to fix it with a so called exterminator. But at the end will charge you for the problems they had in the walls. The manager will say it's your fault the roaches are there and do nothing about it. The truth is the place is old and don't want to tent the place like a real company would do. So run away as far as possible from this place and stay away from the roaches they are everywhere from what my former neighbors told me too.
