JIG was fantastic! They were super responsive when calling and texting and they always provided me with an update on arrival time and who my technician was via sms. Jason the owner has a ton of experience and runs his business like a true professional. They were upfront with all costs and even recommended money saving alternatives which I felt was super honest.
Taylor was my technician and he was great. He took his shoes off when entering the home and wore booties when necessary. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Did I mention on time!!!! Taylor changed my water heater in a matter of a couple hours in Rancho Cucamonga and didnt leave me with any mess. I highly recommend JIG Plumbing for any plumbing needs throughout the Inland Empire. We had Jason over to check on a stinky sink problem that for the life of us we could not solve. We had the under pipes replaced by a handy man, paid $1000 by All City Plumbing and nothing solved the problem. Jason walked in, pulled the cover to our drain ring leading into our garbage disposal and discovered all sorts of disgusting, slinky crud........this was the issue!! Thanks Jason for using your brain and not our wallets to solve the problem! P.S. Jason was also on time, professional, and personable. We definitely recommend and use JIG Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs
