I used David twice for my plumbing needs.  I get it that David is a zealous Trump supporter, but I just need a plumber to do the damn job, I don't need a plumber to bring his political views into my home.  Keep it to yourself and don't mix politics with your business, that's very bad practice.  I find that very unprofessional, and even if he only graduated high school like he told me, he should have known better.  It's not my responsibility to educate him on this, it's a common sense and good business practice that he should have known from day one.  The second time, I asked for a quote, but he couldn't give me an estimate or quote until he already finished the job, and I felt very ripped off as a repeat customer, too.

Absolutely amazing service by David.  Over the phone service that was just priceless.  He messaged back saying he would like to speak to me instead of the other plumbers that quoted $225-$250 flat cost.I called and David wanted to see photos of my issue by phone. Sent pictures to him and he said all I needed was to turn off the water main in the house.He then instructed me on how to replace the fill valve and to properly re-pressurize the water lines and check for leaks.David basically did the repairs I needed without a service call.I am going to put David on the top of my list when I remodel the kitchen with a new dishwasher, sink and over the range microwave vent. Priceless service.

David replaced my mom's garbage disposal a few months ago and not only was I happy with his work, I admired his honest service. Today I reached out to David thinking I had to replace the garbage disposal at my home. He told me  the disposal could be stuck and told me about about using the wrench that comes with the disposal. I gave it a shot and my disposal is working again. David could have just replaced the disposal for profit but he didn't, he saved me some money instead which I really appreciate. I will definitely call him when I have a plumbing problem because he's an honest guy. Thank you David!

Called, owner was very rude. Rather than try to help me with my problem, he spent most of the conversation trying to fix the way I described the problem. Of course I don't know the correct terms, if I was an expert I would fix it myself, lolTelling me the difference between "repair" and "replacement" was unnecessary. You could have just said that you don't perform that service rather than lecture me about the term I used.

Dave showed up on time and was wearing a mask.  He's a really smart, knowledgeable plumber and does excellent work to code.  We got new countertops and Dave reconnected everything under the sink. He installed a  new garbage disposal, dishwasher line and dishwasher air gap. He even fixed a gas line that was sticking out too much  behind the stove. He's friendly and  nice too!  I highly recommend.
