Worst customer service experience on the phone. Refused to answer any questions. Very rude and said "I'm wasting a lot of time here talkin to you." Then hug up on me. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

This should actually be negative stars. I brought in a generator to be repaired. After I picked it up, I tried it at home and it was still broken. When I notified the man who supposedly fixed it, he yelled and hung up on me when I called. So I went in person with the broken generator and he told me I would have to pay for another repair, even though it was never even repaired in the first place! This place is a total SCAM!! BEWARE!!
