Freese's Exhaust

I went to Freese exhaust with my 2003 Honda Civic. The factory exhaust was 1 1/2 and I wanted something with a better sound. Justin asked me a few questions and then suggested a system he thought would meet my needs. I have to say I am very pleased with the system I purchased. He installed the system on the day I preferred, gave me a complete estimate before doing any work and the installation looks like it came from the factory. I could not be happier.

I will never be returning to this exhaust shop. The guy charged me $100 to weld a cut through my exhaust. After looking at my vehicle and quoting me $100 he called me back to tell me that there was an extra $140 to repair my muffler. He was rude every encounter I had with him. To top it all off when I went to pay the man he muttered I dont take plastic at me when we had three separate interactions he could have let me know that. After I returned from the bank to withdraw cash to pay him, he tried not even giving me an invoice and misspelled my name on the invoice I did receive. Overall, a horrible experience and discourage anyone from going to this shop. Treat people with respect when you talk to them. Service: Exhaust
