Multiple reasons for one star.. Went into USPS Carlsbad one day to ship a package and was met with staff that had an attitude.. needless to say not going back there again.. And the USPS home delivery has been suffering greatly with extremely lazy staff and liars.. Saying you can't deliver my package for various reasons other than the truth which is you're too lazy to deliver it to my door like you're supposed to. So you keep marking my package as undeliverable when they don't fit in the mailbox out front... Till I see any improvement 1 star will stay..

For the love of America do not go here unless you absolutely have to. A large location in the village.. A full-service kiosk.. You would think this place is aces. Not so. Because this is right next to my work, its just convenient to mail stuff from here and go to work a little early(Or so I would think) First off, if you get the guy with the man bun, Just turn around and walk out. I would rather have had to call Verizon and be on hold for 30 minutes and explain everything to them then deal with This gentleman. Whether you show kindness or not, he is jaded By the general public grind it seems. . So your answers will be met with a very assertive and negative tone. When I calmly asked him to relax, You could absolutely tell that was NOT the first Time he heard that; It seemed to strike him as something he hears daily as he shrugged it off. The manager, a middle-aged woman, Seems the most polite, but all the more beat down. I dont know whether to give them one star or our society. These people did not look happy to be at work. If youre lucky enough to receive the taller broader gentleman, he will merely be rude in a kind matter with a smile on his face.. Have a Quick question, but you just forgot to ask at the end of your turn, Back to the end of the line.. if you were unaware about A box that is needed or tape.. Even if the people In back of you are in the same position with an arm full of belongings, not in the box.. You will be told to take care of it and get in the back of the line.. Essentially anything outside of the realm of taking your box and putting it In the out Bag directly next to them Once youve done, absolutely everything there is to do, They are zero help. And theyve complicated the process to be sure that unless you know exactly what to look for in the confusing onslaught of BoxEs, Youre screwed.. The non-priority boxes are even behind the counter to ensure that You get impatient with a line and just decide to go with priority mail, so you dont have to get the box just to get back in line.. The manager looks like she needs a vacation and has had it up to here with the worker herself to be honest.. Just a negative environment.. If youre coming to drop it envelope off or have all of your ducks in a row, then stop in before 3 PM.. If you are down to earth, person who likes to avoid drama and negativity, Use UPS

Every time I come here the line is short and the staff are friendly, polite, and efficient. You really cant ask for more than that.
