Dr. Tracy Was wonderful. My son had to get two teeth extracted and he made him feel super comfortable. He explained things clearly and the staff was really nice. Def recommend.

Honestly the only reason why I gave it 2stars was cause the front desk lady was nice. I wouldn't recommend this place didn't have a "great experience " Dr.Tracy Felt insincere and rude. I wouldn't go back nor would I recommend him.

Needed a wisdom tooth extracted and was referred by my dentist - I chose not to be sedated. They were so accommodating - was fortunate to get in the very same day. One of the best all around dental experiences yet.... stand up X-ray machine nothing digging in my mouth or cheeks, they went over my X-rays in detail, explaining what they revealed and what the recommended procedure would be beforehand. Kept me informed during and after the extraction. For a person who truly dislikes needles, the experience was genuinely inspiring....I dont ever remember a time where needles didnt cause me to wince at the mere thought of having it any where near me. ..... all I have to say....best job ever....if only this was the norm..... Professional expertise, integrity, compassion, great care, consideration and concern for the person in the chair ME was evident. I definitely will be keeping his information in the event I may need additional services in the future

Recently my daughter saw Dr. Tracy, our experience was not a pleasant one. Dr. Tracy is knowledgeable but tends to give too much information that left my daughter feeling terrified about having her wisdom teeth removed. He showed other people's images going into great detail about what he did for them and seemed to enjoy the sound of his own voice, talking about how long he studied and how many of these procedures he has done over the years. He noticed that my daughter was anxious and then told her not to worry he would prescribe her a Xanax before the procedure, much to our horror! When my daughter explained to him that she cannot take anti anxiety medication due to her heart issue, he did not seem to believe her and told her it will calm her - I will say that right at the start when he knew she had a heart condition he said he would contact her electrophysiologist to discuss her issue as he was worried about the medication he would need to use to numb her mouth, but to him a Xanax or two seemed perfectly fine. My decision not to go back to Dr. Tracy was that I felt Dr. Tracy was not a good listener and seemed too busy singing his own praises instead of connecting with how his patient was responding to his information overload, the final straw came when having to deal with his receptionist/nurse. She has poor people skills and is sarcastic, horribly rude and impatient. The other thing I want to warn people about is that we paid more for the visit than we needed to. Dr. Tracy is in network but when it came to paying, I asked if there was a co-payment only to be told that our payment was close to $300. I was mortified, as far as I was concerned I should only be paying a copayment. After questioning the receptionist and having to deal with her huffing and puffing, she told me I owed $163. Which was still not the amount I was expecting to pay. I handed her my card, and she asked me to write down my pin number! I had never had anyone ask me for my pin number and refused, this made her impatient, she sighed, huffed and puffed and rudely told me that I would have to come around into the office and put in my pin. Once there she held the debit card machine in one hand, arms length, turned her head to the other side and proceeded to sigh several times from irritation. I wanted to remind her of her manners and that she is in a professional environment, that I am a paying patient, but since my daughter was overly anxious after the visit with Dr. Tracy, I did not want to add to her stress. Once in the car, we decided that we would not go back to Dr. Tracy and rather to the original oral surgeon that was first recommended to us and is out of network, but we know his work and he is outstanding. Two weeks have passed since the visit, we phoned our insurance to find out if Dr. Tracy's receptionist had submitted the claim only to be told that they had not received anything and that we had over paid and should have only paid 10% of the doctors visit. I phoned Dr. Tracy's receptionist asking her to please send my daughters images via email to me, which she said she would do, and I am still waiting. I also asked her about submitting the invoice with our payment to our insurance and she told me she is too busy. When I asked when she would send it, she told me that she is too busy, is the only one manning the front and back. When I asked a third time when she could do it she kept repeating I am too busy. She over talked me, argued with me, was sarcastic and did not show any respect at all. I have never dealt with such a rude person in a professional or on a personal level such as my experience with her, and when I told her that I would be writing a bad review, she told me to go ahead.
