This was my first visit here and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. I will say that it had been quite some time since I had my teeth cleaned and an exam. They were very kind and understanding about it which I greatly appreciated. I walked out with my teeth cleaned and was very happy. I would highly recommend them.

It looks like my review was removed. I did not have the best experience here and have since switched dentists and am extremely happy. I used a groupon (first mistake) but luckily I did because full-price payment would have been frustrating. There was a long wait time to see the dentist (over an hour, 40 minutes of that in the chair) and the cleaning was not very thorough.

Unprofessional Manager Exactly one week ago, I received a call to confirm that i have follow up treatment. I was very pleased to know someone would take care of my needs, however upon coming to my appointment I was told by the recipients there was no appointment for me on schedule. She called the manager to confirm the details but refused to take me in, I was frustrated that I had to cancel work to come just to be ignored. When she tried to reschedule me for the next hour the manager refused to make the appointment and wanted me to come next week, I could not believe the manager was very rude and unprofessional to cancel my appointment without even informing me. I could not believed I walk in a dentist office and got this type of service. the manager should be disciplined for this bad service wasting my time. I went out of my way to come here and during these times its very hard to get a day off. This is the second time she done this to a patients. been a manger does not give her the right to cancel who ever she wants for no reason.

Super unsatisfied don’t go here it might be less expensive but it will be a big headache ! Poor customer service and you never get the same dentist twice! Paid for retainers and never got them!
