Tony and his men did a great job on the painting (CoolWall), of our home in Fallbrook. Their attention to detail is impeccable and their work ethic outstanding. You cannot go wrong with this company and the life time warranty that comes with the product makes it an even sweeter deal.

The cool wall paint on my home is peeling and I've left numerous messages to repair with no return calls...i will be filing a lawsuit.

Business does not operate ethnically. This business is terrible with follow up, they sub - contract their work out and in my experience there was no one to manage my project from beginning to end. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Trust me if your thinking of using this company for any reason STOP!! I’ve been trying to get them to come back out to fix an issue since February it’s April now with them still saying they will call me back(never happens) when I call back I’m passed around with no help! So I asked for the owners info so I could speak to him thinking he cares about his business and I was refused the name. I was told “no†they would not give me his name or info! Really! Who does that! Still dealing with this issue and I’m not done!

This company is completely unprofessional, misses deadlines, doesn’t return phone calls, and is incompetent. I had Jason come to my house in January for an estimate on replacing window and doors in my residence, he tells me it should take about 4 weeks to order and install everything, and I decided to move forward with the company using the HERO program. After that, the problems began. Another person was supposed to come within a few days to confirm measurements, sometime between 8am-12pm. Well, 12pm rolls around and they aren’t there, and when I call the office to find out, it turns out this person is running late. I am leaving out of town that day, so I have to reschedule to another time. Once the measurements are confirmed, even more issues occur. The estimated completed date for this project is 2-15-18, and I’m told if anything changes someone will let me know. That day rolls around and no work has been done, so I call the company. I’m told the windows and doors are being shipped and will arrive to their location on Friday, and to expect a call then. Friday comes, no phone call, so I call again on Monday, and am told there was a delay, and to expect a call by next Friday. Of course, no call happens, so I call their corporate office, and leave a message. It takes a couple days, but I finally get a call back from someone named Larry who says he’s an owner, and there’s been some issues with the San Diego branch, and that my order was delayed for reasons out of their control. As a former small business owner, I totally get it, sometimes things happen that you can’t do anything about and you do what you can to fix to issue. I’m told to expect a call the next Friday morning about an update. Friday morning comes, no call of course, so I call back, and am told that I’ll have my work done next week, and to expect another call back. That was about 3 weeks ago, and all calls of mine to the company have of course been un-returned. I did some checking online and at some point their contractors license expired, which seems like a pretty big issue. So now it’s mid April, it’s getting warm in my house, and I’m no closer to getting my windows and doors replaced than I was when I placed my order in January. TLDR: This company hasn’t completed any work in 3 months, let their contractor’s license expire, and doesn’t return phone calls. Stay away.
