Their attention to detail, customer service and product quality is exceptional from start to finish. Each step flowed into the next and it was seamless. They are true professionals who go out of their way to give you a fantastic experience. Every member of the team is a real credit to the company foundations and I would advise anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen to make AID Home remodeling their first port of call. You will not be disappointed. Huge thank you to you all, my kitchen is absolutely beautiful and you have been fantastic to deal with.

After several interviews with remodeling contractors I decided on AID. Abraham was wonderful. He presented me with a computer design model of my dream kitchen. I hired them in July to complete a total gut job of my kitchen, pantry and small bathroom from floor to ceiling. I requested a city inspection of the work they were to preform. I put in brand new flooring, backsplash, counter tops, oven fan, sink, added a dishwasher and garage disposal, all new electrical outlets to city code, 6 recess lighting throughout, a newly installed pantry from floor to ceiling, toilet, sink and vanity in my bathroom and new appliances. As well has additional outlets in my dining room. The job was completed in the 6 week time frames. I even hire Abraham to do my garage roof with his new company A Cut Above. I was very happy. Until December... Since I had remodeled my hold kitchen and upgraded the electrical. I decided to have the rest of my house’s electrical upgraded in December. That included 3 bedrooms, main bathroom, den, living room and the remaining dining room area. Once the work was completed and the Electrican cut the old wiring I was without lights throughout my house. The only electrical working was my new kitchen outlets, but not the recess lighting nor the additional outlets. I reached out to Abraham and asked if he could have his Forman César come take a look. The electrician informed me that all his new wiring was good, but for some reason the new kitchen electrical wiring was wired to the houses old wire. Therefore causing my electrical issues. The next day when César came I reached out to Abraham again to see if his electrician who did the electrical wiring on my house could come out and explain work he did to the wiring in my kitchen. I was told by him that he no longer worked for AID. It was not there problem and that the new electrician created the problem. And that the electrician caused my issues. He did not take the blame for their errors. He insulted my new electrician that he was only a handyman. I was so upset. I had to pay for the electrician to fix my kitchen so it would function. That meant he had to break my new kitchen’s walls to be able to run the wiring AID should have done when the walls were gutted and open for recess lighting and additional outlets so I would have working lighting in my newly remodeled kitchen. Not only did I have to pay the electrician I now have to pay someone to come out to fix the opening in my new kitchen walls. I would not use them ever again nor would I refer this company because of what I have had to go through. I was happy!!!
