I loved the staff. From the front desk to the lady's cleaning.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. San Fran is warm and welcoming. It's a shame to see some of it struggling, and the homeless problem can't be ignored. I loved my stay here, though, and if we're lucky enough, we'll be back.

Easy access to San Jose Airport and Levi's Stadium, where we were headed.
Excellent wi-fi. Had to work remotely and never lost connection during Zooms.
Front desk folks not very friendly or helpful.
Room was a bit shabby with peeling wallpaper, unraveling carpet, etc.

Wow, wow, wow! The customer service was BEYOND outstanding! I mentioned I was traveling with my children, and we couldn't bring all our sporting gear on the plane and when we arrived into our room, we had a lovely note and a BASKETBALL for us to take to the park down the trail, amazing!! Jorge, the manager I believe, wrote us a welcome letter and had a bag filled with snacks for my children! Extra bedding as requested, and delicious orange-SPA water throughout the lobby, 10/10! Definitely a Marriott customer for life, these small touches last a lifetime, thank you Courtyard Campbell team! Also - the coffee and cocktail bar, super awesome, especially because you don't have to leave the hotel, excellent pool big enough for several families to hangout all at once. Easy parking!
