        A local friend recommended this hotel against the chain ones in the same category. Our stay was a very pleasant experience, from the warm welcome at the reception to the clean and spacious accommodations. Obviously dated but in a consistent heritage feel. Very classy and clean with big mirrors and marble counter in the bathroom. Can't beat the amenities for the price.

        No hot tub as advertised by Expedia, which I booked solely for my neck injury. Google review falsely advertised free breakfast, but it's not actually offered.

        My favorite part about this hotel is jets in the bath, and you can walk around the hallway there's a lot of things to look at, and it's affordable. Rooms: The rooms are spacious and all antique looking furniture Walkability: You can walk next door for something to eat or a block down or across the street Food & drinks: They don't serve breakfast anymore but they have all the tea and coffee you can drink for free they just have all kinds of nice antique furniture in the hallways little tables two chairs if you want to just sit out of the room look around I'm not sure if they serve danishes in the morning they used to
