      image Many thanks to Julian, the check-in person! I had trouble this morning getting the V & V app on my phone. Julian got me started--there were hiccups, but Julian kindly and patiently stayed with me through the entire process. Thank you, Julian!

      image We recently moved to campbell . Went to find out abt the gym but the manager Anna Grim is not at all helpful . She was rude and has no interest to join new members . Avoid this gym

      image I have been a member of a few different gyms around San Jose. Ive watched different managers do their best to please 100s of customers everyday, which is no easy task.
      Anna, the Campbell manager has the BEST customer service I have seen so far. I highly recommend this gym. Clean, good prices and awesome classes! 10/10 for Anna and the rest of the staff.

      image Horrible service especially from the manager Anna Grim. Doesnt accept any form of local address proof apart from DL. Not even willing to explore/hear other options.
