Great store & product with friendly associates! From the moment I walked in, the place and people felt welcoming and not overbearing. I was greeted and shared what I wanted (was looking to possibly just get new lenses in my old frames but was also considering a completely new pair of glasses) and was pointed in a general direction of where the newest styles were and left to peruse. The associate I worked with, Jason, did a great job of letting me look around and try a bunch of things on with one check in to see if I needed help, which I so appreciated. The perfect amount of attention and leaving me to figure out what I wanted on my own. When it was time to check out, he was ready for me and made the process easy, pleasant, and fast. I have been a Warby Parker customer for a long time and this was the first opportunity I've had to purchase in-store. Didn't think I could be more pleased with the company and the process, but I was - excellent experience from beginning to end. Thank you!
