So disappointed at this rental agency. Made reservation on line to pick up car at noon. Lady called my husband said they were closing for lunch. Husband stated okay no problem. My husband ride to enterprise bailed on him, so he called back the number on the card that was given to him by agent there when he had returned car the week before. He found out that he was given a Loma Linda business card so wrong number. Was able to get Big Bear location phone number , he called a little after 2 pm and asked for a pick up. Was told they closed at 3. and they would not have enough time to pick him up and return to sign agreement. Our house is located 15 min from town. Too bad this is the only rental agency in town. I usally like Enterprose when we have delt with them in other states. on rare occasions if we ran into a issue they were always willing to help.

Called to rent a car around 12:30. Whoever answered told us she would call us around 2:30 and that they were closing at 3. Well we never got a call back so we went to the office in person. They said they were closed for the day, at 2:45. No one called us back and they closed earlier than posted.
