Worst ever experience at a chiropractor for multiple reasons: 1) I found him on my insurance website and learned after speaking to him that he doesn't accept my insurance. 2) I went anyway because I was eager to see someone quickly. The initial evaluation was $195. Instead of a 45-60 minute 1:1 meeting/evaluation, he chatted with me for 15 minutes, looked at a few things and proceeded to crack my neck, which was shocking given that I was there for a problem in my hamstrings (later diagnosed as tendonitis). 3) He has no receptionist and no private space to meet invidually with customers so I was forced to discussed private help information in front of others (while also hearing other people speak about theirs. 4) He worked on other patients during my initial consultation and stepped out of the room to chat with them and run their credit cards. 5) When I emailed to explain how disappointed I was in the experience, his defense was that he normally doesn't take new patients on a Saturday during open office hours, but wanted to squeeze me in before the holiday weekend...HOWEVER - he saw me on a THURSDAY! My request for a refund went unanswered. Strongly suggest looking elsewhere!

Fantastic doctor. Great hours for walk-in adjustments. No frills. Doctor Lou knows his stuff. Lost 80+ pounds with his help. Back pain is under control. Knees are 100% again. Highly recommend.
