After my car accident, I tried everything from PT to massages and had eventually accepted that I had to live with an injured neck and back for the rest of my life. Fortunately, Dr. Jess of Spinewise adjusted me and helped me get better. She has healing hands and has changed my life! I wish I knew sooner that she did personal injury cases!

If I can give Dr. Jess 100 stars, I would! Spinewise chiropractic was recommended by a colleague and from the minute I walked through the door Dr. Jess was attentive, kind and truly listened to my concerns and issues. I came in for lower back and hip issues and she thoroughly treated it, explained why the pain is happening and from where. Even off the clock, Dr. Jess sent me suggestions on at home exercises and tools that can help ease the pain. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients. Highly recommended!

Dr. Jess is literally the best at what she does!! Her chiropractic adjustments are so beneficial and I really feel a difference in my body after seeing her. And then also the myofascial release sessions Ive booked with her has restored complete movement in my shoulder that I tore in the beginning of this year! Shes truly amazing at what she does, highly recommended!

Dr Jess is the doctor you will be returning to! I started care in the third trimester of my second pregnancy and was amazed at how much more comfortable i felt. Thanks to the chiropractic care i received i no longer had to fold in two because of the sciatic nerve pain which tormented me in my first pregnancy. Going to every appointment was pleasant because of Dr Jess's warm and caring personality. So this pregnancy i felt much more healthy, relaxed and my sleep was restful. Dr James also helped with creating more space for the stubborn baby who was in a transverse lie presentation for a few months. The baby turned and the need for the cesarian disappeared. I would definitely recommend Dr Jess to any one looking to make their pregnancy as smooth as possible.
