      Richard, thanks for sharing this and so glad you're enjoying our probiotic beverages! It's one of the area where we can really have fun with local and seasonal ingredients, and also do something like root beer in a truly traditional way, naturally brewed with organic sarsaparilla root and all the spices. (By the way, one of our main bewers, Noah, is also a cashier several days in the store, so if you happen to connect you can tell him in person.

      Thanks, Cayley, you got what we're all about! One little amendment, we serve our readymade foods packaged to take home, heat and eat, so technically we're not a restaurant (don't want to give anyone out there the wrong impression). We have a new menu every week -- check it out online or come by the store Wednesday-Saturday.

      Thanks for acknowledging our ingredient sourcing and the nourishing qualities of our foods. We make a great effort to source local produce, grassfed and pasture raised animal products, organic herbs and spices, healthy traditional fats and whole-food sweeteners, and to prepare our foods using time-honored techniques that maximize digestibility and nutrient availability. (One small clarification: since our foods are packaged to take home and eat, we're not technically a restaurant.)
