I called in and spoke w/ Nigel (name drop, he deserves all the credit) about various problems w/ my snowboard. He brought me back to the shop area, inspected the board and instantly started explaining everything. After he removed all my fears, he started showing me how to do my own tunes and work, let me use his shop (he got it started, showed me how and said "would you like to try?"). I was impressed. He did all this for free but i still gave them my business. This means, not only did he start the work, but gave me the skills so i can do it for myself. That old adage about "teach a man to fish" comes to mind..... I would absolutely recommend going here for purchases, rentals, gear needs, quick tunes, questions - you name it.
