To me it seems like such a blessing how this non profit is able to operate, with the amount of gifted and donated items, clothing and food, even the church itself donation funded. However, when inquiring if perhaps they would offer a slight discount on ONE outfit to be used solely for a job interview for an individual getting back on their feet with nothing to their name, was told no. come back on a sale day. Thanks so much!! Sheesh. Set free yucaipa is much better and so much more friendly and understanding, and graciously donated a already donated outfit for a good cause. I will make the drive to yucaipa in the future just for the better customer service! Do not recommend this banning location

I donated a Lazyboy power recliner in great condition. It was picked up for a $35 charge. My husband didnt realize there was a fee, no one asked for payment. I did not receive receipt at time of pickup. I was sent a receipt by text later, too light to print. Requested another receipt and did not receive it. The topper, NO ONE SAID THANK YOU!!! Will never donate there again. I am notifying Better Business Bureau.

I stopped by last Saturday looking for stemware for a last minute party. The women running the store were polite and very helpful. The shop is the Cleanest one I have ever been to. My party was a success thanks to Set Frees staff.

The employees are always nice and helpful
