White middle age female. Employee very unprofessional I called about dropping off items mostly new and some used as I asked where was the drop off site she looked at me up and down told me she was to busy to help me and explained just drop it on the shopping carts and walked away. !!!!! So I gave some items to a Customer that appeared tired of waiting on her as well !!! He looked at me puzzled and I explained to him don't worry I'm giving it to you and get whatever is in those bags that you want or need !!!!! I ran into a younger lady a few months ago while doing laundry next door she explained to me that they are rude and out of their minds in there she was RIGHT!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DONATE OR MUCH LESS ATEMPT TO WALK IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT !!!!!!
