Counter person is very rude they had my car for a week and never got looked at . I was told by owner he would look at it the next day on a Friday I was told it would be the next they would be able to look at i told the rude woman there is going to pick it up when I got my car was parked outside the gate unlocked. When I told her she threw the keys at me very bad this should not have Gills name on this business!! Service: Transmission

My 07 Toyota Corolla has been in and out of this shop since December 2020. They were quick to get payment but wouldnt take me for a test drive before paying because of the virus going around. My car ran good before using this shop now my car stalls on me & when I come to a stop it shacks. My engine light continues to come on & my husband & I continue to reach out to Tom & ALWAYS get the run around. My car to this day we are in February of 2022 still isnt fixed. Tom told us in November that he was waiting on another part from Toyota and apparently he still hasnt gotten it in because we havent heard anything from him. We took my car to Toyota recently & they ran another test and told us that it is definitely the transmission & told us that parts should only take a month or so to get not close to four months. This shop also wont return any of our calls now. They have our 2400.00 dollars for my newly built transmission and what do we have? A car that doesnt run right & I dont feel safe driving in. Also the customer service here is terrible! The women are extremely rude & hostile. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! It has truly been the worst car experience ever. Also if you read other reviews they are rude to everyone who has a bad experience with them. I dont know how this shop is still in business. Sadly, since our car isnt fixed & they wont return our call we are going to have to take our next steps that we we trying to avoid but obviously they arent trying to fix my transmission. Please dont waste your time or money at this shop. Service: Transmission

You'd be better off gambling on a junkyard transmission then ever using gills transmission horrible horrible place save yourself the headache find the shop up north or down south or better yet mail your transmission the precision transmission look them up on YouTube

I retracted my first review.. I wasn't sure if the work was good. Had some problems afterwards.. but it wasn't Gil's transmissions fault.. I just went over the grapevine and back and my 33 year old car drove great.. I still think they could be a little nicer. But my car is the important thing..
