Where do I even begin?.... We had a salesman come to our door to offer the service, he stated it would be 25 dollars a month, no contract and we would be charged every other month. We called because we were having issues with ants and the tech came out ( he was great by the way, very professional and knowledgeable). At the end he left an invoice for 89 dollars which we were concerned with because a service fee was not disclosed when we called. The salesman said that if we had any issues to call and it would be cared included with what we were paying. Too good to be true. We called today and it turns out that we are in a CONTRACT and our bill is 89 dollars every two months and not 50 like we were told. We asked to terminate it and they want to charge us an additional 110 dollars as a penalty. STAY AWAY and DO NOT hire this crooked company. The techs are great but sales are not honest with you and customer service is awful! Service: Ants
