Had a washer delivered, Guillermo was extremely courteous and helpful in explaining how the machine works. I don't think he had to do that but he did. The management at the store and its employees go above and beyond to take care of each and every customer...that is a rarity nowadays.

This location is a joke! You receive broken products on delivery with a guarantee of replacement that never happens, if you use easy pay they randomly pull out money from your account that is not even the amount of your payment and the customer service is terrible!!! I will never go through them again!!

Very good customer service. Good appliance selection, popular brands. Reasonable price. Happy to buy there. I recommend this store.
