They sold me furniture they never delivered. Its been over a year, they're out of business and giving me the run around!

This is the worst place to buy furniture from. Worst service & will always give you the run around. I ordered a ottoman with my couch and was told it would be here in a few weeks . Its been 4 months and nothing . Dont buy from them & avoid yourself the headache. If I could give a 0 I would.

Purchased a bed frame and bunky board for our son last year, in all the time we were called twice to pick up our items, they said would fit in our mini van. Upon first arrival to pick up the items the salesman said our bunky board wasn't there and he would give us a box spring because the bunky board would make it so his pillows would fall behind the bed. We were not prepared to pick up a box spring so we would try to get a truck to pick it up. We went to pick up again during normal business hours and the employees were waiting for someone to open the store. No one came. My husband waited with the employees who also could not get a hold of anyone on the telephone. He left after a while as did the employees. We were called again weeks later that our items were ready as if no one had called us. after we attempted several calls. Mailbox was full. We have been to the location several times to no one being there. They then had a fire and emails and calls have gone unanswered. We paid for our items and never received them it's been nearly a year now. Next will have to be small claims in court. I was also ghosted after a Google chat. As soon as I told them who I was, no more answers.
