My daughter has PCOS she became pregnant, but because she doesnt have regular periods she has no idea how far along she is.. this medical group has screwed up 4 times on getting her a referral to an OBGYN . She has been trying since beginning of December. SHE still does not have a referral. Be very cautious about letting this group handle your Medical. If you can help it Dont use them.

you are on your own with this medical insurance the drs have you going in circles to be treated and will black ball you when you give them a negative review

It is insulting that this business uses dignity as their name. They administer Blue Shield medicare hmo health plan. They contract with Bakersfield Prosthetics & Orthotics Center who never answers the phone, so I can't make an appointment. When I called "Dignity" about the problem with BPOC, I was told to call my provider. I already spoke to my provider, but they said that they can't send me anywhere else because that is the only place that "Dignity" contracts with. I called Blue Shield but they also have their head up where the sun don't shine. There is not one good thing about "Dignity" or Blue Shield for that matter and their administration of health care plans. It is irritating that they use the name dignity. What a joke. Must be nice to get paid for services lacking. SUBSTANDARD.
