        Ive been coming here for years now and they have gotten so expensive!!! If they would have told me how much it was going to be this year before I filed with them! I only have one W2 and 2 children to claim. Its nothing crazy for the tax prep. I called to talk to the owner and never got called back so maybe theyll have time for me now with this review.

      Rosa, we don't have you in our system, unless you may be using a pseudonym. We don't charge anywhere near what you're describing, except if you had a business and we had to do bookkeeping work for you to complete your business return.       Our rates had gone up the previous few years Ashley, this is true. This is due to market trends and the fact that we focus on business owners. For you and others who may be price conscious, consider IRS and FTB free filing or the VITA program through Community Action Partnership of Kern County, who will do prep and filing for free if you have a simple situation like you describe and make under a certain amount.
