Grand Legacy At The Park

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows were amazing and the room was exactly what we needed. This was a surprise for my Mom and thanks to Charles, Serena, Santi, and Moises at the front desk it was perfect and created the best memory! Thank you so much for creating the perfect experience!

We're on our third night of a four night stay. We found the room to be small, but adequate. The coffee pot was broken, which they replaced the second day. Today, our third day, we returned to our room after a full day and night at the park to find no one had cleaned our room, took out garbage or brought us clean towels or new coffee. The front desk did send someone up with towels and coffee after we called and took out all the garbage we bagged up and set outside. As of tonight I have no desire to ever stay in this hotel again. It's convenience to the park doesn't make up for the dated room, broken coffee pot and lack of housekeeping services. The pool and location are the only redeeming qualities we have found with this property. EDIT: after speaking with the manager about our issues we found our room to be spotless, with a basket of goodies waiting for us when we returned from the park. In the basket was a coupon for a free nights stay. This attempt at making things right, and a sincere apology, went a long way in repairing our opinion of the hotel.

My son and his family, along with myself, recently had a 4 day stay at the Grand Legacy. He reserved a luxury room and we were unfortunately disappointed. The room is small and there was nothing luxurious about it. The rollaway bed was horrible. There were 3 adults and two children in this small room. Check in was a joke, and the gentleman who helped my son appeared to have no idea what he was doing. They wont let you check in early, despite a 7 hour drive. The location is premium and they know it. Sad to say we will not be staying there again.

Very convenient for the parks. If youre in the building closest to Tony Romas, and plan on sleeping past 6:30 am, then this is not the place for you. Every morning we were woken up early by large trucks backing up and beeping, loud slamming, and other loud noises until about 8 oclock. Our last morning (Sat March 30) they were draining the septic tank or something and the smell was absolutely revolting. Literally the worst smell weve ever smelt. If the location wasnt so convenient, it would be an easy 0 stars. The beds were fine, AC unit was not good, and the shower pressure was not good.
