        Excellent stay! Our new Disneyland favorite hotel. Rooms are clean. Our 2 queen suite with pull out sofa and adjoining room was spacious and cleaned every day of our stay. Breakfast and location make this hotel a major plus! Disneyland is directly across the street and the free breakfast is just perfect before heading to the park.

        Reserved & paid for wheelchair accessible suite in Nov. 2023 for March 2024. When went to check-in wheelchair accessible was not available & wheelchair would not even fit thru door. Front desk employees & manager tried to tell us that accessible suite was not ordered & since we had made reservations thru Disney's travel agent (3rd party), they would not change our suite. Basically, I was told to accept the room that was assigned to us or find other accommodations. My son, who is wheelchair bound & one his caregiver, found other accommodations. We stayed in an accessible room that met our needs at Castle Inn & Suites on Harbor Blvd. for less & with outstanding service. My son was able to actually roll into both the bathroom & the shower to meet his needs.
