Corporate review. Loved the floor for two years - then started with some cracking and couldn't get anyone to respond to my correspondence and photos. The cracking turned to peeling and couldn't get any response. Finally someone forwarded to corporate and they say it is the franchisee's responsibility and he is no longer with the company -- no help. Now I have bubbles that have formed in the floor that will eventually peel away from the concrete. What about the lifetime warranty?? Need to take this up with Better Business Bureau and Attorney General. DON'T BELIEVE THE LIFETIME WARRANTY - which was a great selling point. Too bad they do not follow through on contractual promises.

Cyndi was fantastic to work with. She showed up on time for the estimate and had all of the color samples ready for me to choose from. She got me a fast installation appointment despite the usual wait. But I can understand why Garage Experts are busy; they do great work. The technician showed up on time, ready to rock and roll on installation day. The result was 100% perfect. I couldn't be happier with my choice of flooring and choosing Garage Experts. Two thumbs up.
