Orion Tile & Cabinet, Inc.

I ordered the matching granite for kitchen countertops and Orion cheated the the material to discontinued lower quality granite. Per Orion company request, I went to granite supplier with my sample piece to match my granite countertops . Orion company came up with different styles,color,quality granite . They insisted that I have picked and ordered this granite piece . Granite doesnt have any serial number to proof and Orion took advantage of it. I have paid $2,300 for this junk and frustrated every day seeing it. This granite piece has not been treated or polished properly , I even see the water marks when it gets wet.

I probably spent $20,000 in tile and stone over the month... The pricing was competitive. Selection was OK but I paid for 14 pieces of tile for my 14 stairs. We put the tile in my room and a few weeks later we installed the stairs to find out we only got 12 tiles. The owners of Orion said I must have thrown them away or lost them. They made me pay full price - not even a discount so its bad business. When i ordered the 2 extras, I drove an hour and they ordered the wrong 2 pieces so they are not even organized. One trip they called me on my way home and said they forgot to charge me for something so I sent them my card over the phone... I try to avoid companies that run their business like this...
