I highly recommend their professional service.They spend time explaining all the details of the policy. The rates are very competitive with other insurance carriers.I've brought many of my friends to switch their coverage.They all complement the service.

I have multiple insurance policies (life, homeowner, auto and umbrella) with Lorraine and John. They always take time explaining everything to me and they are very responsive to my requests. Very professional and knowledgeable insurance agents.

I've been buying insurance here for over ten years, and it's always been a breeze.  I do not usually speak with the agents on a regular basis, since (knock on wood), that would mean I've run into some issue on the road.  The few times I have had issues, they have been able to help me navigate the process and settle the claims quickly.  Having someone on your side who knows the process and helps you navigate the process is definitely a PLUS, would recommend checking them out if you're in search of an agent.

On September. 14, 2016  My name is sue, L. My poilcy insurance account with Lorraine Yip Yung agency, their services had triple and triple terrible, that's never and ever happened in my life in the past...    Here's few things I have to complain about their services;    First, they're never to answer my call when I have a question to tried to asks them...    Second, they're always to messed up our whole family car insurance policy,    Third, she doesn't to respect on me, because she had to ignore me, both husband and wife had a very bad service to take care of their customers...    Four, they're never to get my permission before she had to make any changed or correct something in my insurance policy account, I've been login to my account on few weeks ago,  I found out my account had to increased $1,500 only in two weeks, I felt so much headache to deal with them...   Five, she should not called to my family member( my sister) to complained about me, I paid my money on yearly to requested her to take care of my vehicles insurance when my policy account had something wrong? she doesn't had a good services to took care of our car insurance policy.  "IS NOT HELPFUL" services,,,   So, i had to change my mind to found a top insurance agent to take care of my car insurance policy...
