It's a mixed bag. Nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, or get a call back. However, once you do get someone on the phone, after several hundred attempts, it's friendly, quick service. But their reps seem to have no idea how to use a cell phone or any technology made after 1993.

I had All State for about three years. The only time Terry answered my phone call was when I signed up for insurance. I had to call several times since then and always ended up talking to his assistants. Even with a direct email I wouldn't get a reply but a call from his assistant. I called to cancel my policy leaving a voice mail with no reply. I had to call corporate for assistance each time I needed to talk to someone. I always received a ton of papers in the mail from All-State even though I had the e-policy step up. I tried to make a claim twice but both times the auto glass schedule system wouldn't work. I would then get another letter in the mail saying that they will help me with the claim but nothing ever happened. The history on my account never said I claimed one because it would always fail when attempting schedule and I was never contacted outside of the two generic letters. The only reason I won't give one start was because my auto policy stopped coverage and Terry emailed me to ask what happened. At least he attempted to email me on why I didn't pay my bill. I sent him a screen shot on my end saying it had been paid in full and nothing was due at this time and if I could renew it I would like to right away. I never got an email back and decided this was a good time to cancel but each time I called no one answered and I was put to voicemail. So I did what I always had to and called corporate to cancel my auto and both renter policies. I will say my new provider for sure gave me a better rate and made things a lot easier. Like 300 dollars in savings compared to All-State.

The two nicest and competent insurance agents I have ever dealt with are Terry Mitchell and Daniel Manrique. They are also always available, very helpful and have answers to all my insurance related questions. And they have a good sense of humor and laugh at my corny jokes. Any time I need documentation or an adjustment to my coverage they are there. When I have a claim, I get immediate responses. I love Allstate insurance because of these two professionals. I recommend their business to anyone who expects excellent customer service from an insurance agency.
