        I called to check on setting up a date/time for a quote but before I could even get out two full sentences, he interrupted me & told me "there's was no way I'm fulled up" While I appreciate his desire not to waste either of our time, letting me complete a sentence and being a little more professional would have been appreciated. When working with contractors, professionalism speaks volumes before, during and after a job!
