Maybe their service is good, but they don't answer emails in a timely fashion. Also, they're "not open to the public", which I suspect means they don't work with the peasants doing anything so mundane and beneath them as replacing a watch battery.
Edited to add: Thank you for the response. The person who answered the phone simply stated you all don't work with the public and then hung up the phone. Perhaps adding "due to the pandemic" or "at this time" would be a good idea.

Awful service. I left a $895.00 necklace of pearls that I purchase from them to be resized over 2 1/2months ago. This is a gift to my wife for our anniversary. They are closed and have not return my calls or my wife's calls. Resizing can be done in quarantine. I just want the pearls back. I'll take them elsewhere to be resized. Don't buy anything from Parkhill Jewelry. It's not like Lloyd Stanley's operation anymore.

Terrible service.  They have not returned my calls in over 30 days regarding my pearl necklace left for resizing.  I have left e mails and they have not responded.  Are they out of business?  Resizing a pearl necklace does not involve social distancing and these are pearls I purchased from Park Hill Jewelers.  I have missed my wife's anniversary and mother's day presentation.  Patty Ann should have learned from Lloyd Stanley how to treat her customers.  I'll never purchase anything from Park Hill Jewellery again and I'm telling all who will listen to do the same.
