      image I went in to cancel a transaction, purchase and upgraded ring, and locate the Lifetime Protection plan of a previously purchased ring from Gordons. Ms. Sam simply had a WEALTH of knowledge and was able to kindly walk me through wash transaction. I like that she was very patient, yet thorough in her explanations of what she was doing. I would gladly return to Zales and make purchases with Ms. Sam! SHE IS A JEWEL!
