Had the most terrible experience. Had two worker not doing anything when I walked in. Wasnt any customers with me in there at the time. Nobody acknowledged me nobody ever came up to me to say hey how you doing can I help you at any point both workers went opposite ways of me the whole time but when the white woman and her son came in they hurried up and helped her. I let it slide and even after they was done helping her they still didnt come up to help me. The man legit went to the ring case thats in front of me and still didnt saying anything but he acknowledged a different worker and started a conversation. So I had to come to them and ask for help because I was getting ignored. I am a black woman thats LGBTQ+ and had on short and T-shirt and Birkenstock and I also had a zales box in my hand. Just because I look at certain way that doesnt mean I should get treated like that. Just because I look a certain way doesnt mean I dont have money to shop

When you go here ask for katie. I hate looking at jewelry but she was easy going and helpful. I told her what my wife liked, we pick the earrings, and my wife actually liked them. I plan on coming here every valentines day from birthday from now on.

Vera my sales lady is really nice and helpful. The others not so much. Outside of not being very friendly, the policy with trade ups makes no sense to me. I spent over $7,000 on an engagement ring and wedding band. I was told I could trade up for an items as long as the trade up is double what I paid. Come to find out, it has to be another diamond. I wish this was explained better. I figured a trade is a trade. Anyway its not. Shame on me for not asking better questions, but the manager was so nonchalant when asked about being able to trade. No empathy at all considering the fact that clearly my engagement ended. Even if the answer is no, she could have said it a little nicer. She was much nicer when I spent my money. I will never do business with this company again.
