I took this "repair man" two IPhone 5s'. Both worked fine, but one had a busted LCD. I requested he take the LCD off the one phone and put onto the other phone. I've tracked him down numerous times and ended up without any phones now in working condition. My opinion is buyer beware. I believe he took advantage of me and came up with a story about one phone having an iPhone 5 battery on it and it was a "manufacturer's error." Do NOT use his service. I now have the headache of a small claims proceeding.
