The people were nice enough but this location is only a reseller. Can't do much for you if you have outage problems. Again nice people, but poorly equipped to help customers

I came in here today to buy a new phone since my last phone decided to kick the bucket. I was looking at getting the new s24. The young gentleman working could care less on selling a phone let alone two. Asking him questions seemed like a chore and he was just disgusted by having to answer them. When asking what the total would be monthly he basically pulled out a sheet and told us that's what it would cost. I did that online already before coming in. I came into this establishment to buy a phone maybe even 2 and wondering what my total monthly cost could be after taxes since my prior service could tell me the total amount monthly and stand by it. After going outside to think about it I decided to drive to Conway to get 2 phones. The biggest turn off was asking about the military discount and he couldn't even answer that question. The answer was "you can do it online". What is the point of this store being open? Sorry we came in at 9am right when yall open? Maybe that was an issue.
