I saw Dr Johnson,                         I asked her repeatedly to reschedule a appointment, she said she sent me the info about the appointment IN THE MAIL, I asked "can you check your records about this? she then said "I DON'T KEEP RECORDS LIKE THAT". NO ONE TOLD ME IT WAS A 5 HOUR APPOINTMENT IN LR. I HAD TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR TRANSPORTATION SINCE I LIVE IN THE NORTHERN PART OF THE STATE. AND WHEN I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS AND TRIED TALKING WITH HER ABOUT THIS. SHE JUST SAID WELL ILL WRITE A REPORT ON WHAT WE HAVE ALREADY DONE. THEN SAID I WAS NON COMPLIANT. THIS DR WORKS FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES, AND SHE WILL TELL THEM ANYTHING THEY WANT TO HEAR. AS LONG AS SHE GETS PAID. I RATE HER A 0 AND WOULD NOT WANT ANYONE SEEING HER
