Valvoline Express Care

Slow! They had one bay door broken. Was told it would take 15 minutes until they started on me, 50 minutes later it was my turn. They looked like the Keystone Kops at times while working on the other vehicles. They were not working efficiently for sure. They were too lazy to remove the last Valvoline sticker and placed the new sticker next to it all crooked Worst experience Ive had at an oil change facility and wont be back. My friend is in my vehicle and meds an oil change. Shes taking her vehicle somewhere else.

Yesterday I call and ask about the oil change for my tile of car right the lady very nice one told me it was going to be $124 but she give me a coupon for $15 off I got there at 6pm and they start doing my oil change right well they didnt have it so they where calling different places so they can get it finally the guy come back with the oil they put it in and make it look like theyre working but it was closing time and they didnt do nothing to my car just put the oil there they didnt check nothing or put air in my tires like nothing and the price is ridiculous I ended up paying $190 and they change e for extra oil? When you didnt haved in the first place so they took more than 1 hr to make the 15 min oil change unbelievable

I was skeptical about stopping in because I had a bad experience at a similar drive in oil change place. The young men here, were friendly respectful and got me in and out in a great amount of town. Thank you so much for your great customer service. I hope you all enjoyed the pizza.
