Asked to look up a vehicle by VIN to see if the vehicle I'm about to purchase is still under warranty. Owner refused to look the vehicle up with this method.

I took my vehicle here for a diagnosis and was treated wonderfully. Another shop that doesnt do transmission work recommended Razorback to me, which I think says a lot about this business. The owner, Tony, was very kind and knowledgeable. Ultimately I decided to replace my car instead of repair it but I know it would have been in very good hands had I decided to get the work done.

Had a Dakota in with them for trans rebuild spent 3700$ and never got a properly fixed trans back had to go to another shop to have it re done cause they didn't wanna actually do what was discussed. Now my brother went up there and when he called to ask me if what they are trying to charge for a 4l60e trans rebuild at 3400$ was a decent number i told him nah because u can buy the full rebuild kit online form anywhere from 600 to 1000. Yall be careful with this company they are snakes just looking for there green
