this is truly the worst company ive ever dealt with in my whole life. use any other company under the sun.

Ive been using Paychex for about 5 years. They started out pretty good but the service has drastically declined. Its just awful now! For the last 3 pay periods (and others) my employees have been paid late, which is embarrassing to me as an employer. Its almost impossible to reach them by phone or email. They dont return emails or phone calls and when you get the rare opportunity to leave a voicemail message, the mailbox is full. There is no access to management or anybody to voice a complaint. I will be leaving them immediately after the new year. I highly recommend looking at other payroll options instead of Paychex.

This is a sorry is payroll place they wait till the last minute to pay you everywhere else Ive always been paid two days ahead of time with my bank

I've used Paychex for over 15 years. Pros: they do a good job on the payroll reports and handling the withholdings etc. Cons: they seem to have a large turnover for payroll processors, they have on 3 occasions waited until the day of payroll to deliver our checks and once they were as late as the monday after our payroll date. Reaching them by telephone can be difficult with wait times in excess of 20 minutes.

Paychex has been the most difficult payroll, hr, retirement services company I have ever dealt with. My opinion, AVOID.
